With the reconstruction of the dryer, the complete management was replaced, which implies the replacement of energy cabinets as well as automation cabinets. A total of 4 stand-alone automation cabinets with distributed PLC configurations from Siemens were installed, which are connected to each other and taken to the SCADA application. This SCADA application is networked with two other applications in other parts of the factory and data exchange is achieved with them.
Data were also downloaded from other systems in the factory that are not part of this project using adequate hardware and software modules.
